MORINGA

Moringa oleiferais a nutritional power house that has been used for at least 4,000 years. It grows prevalently in Southeast Asia and Africa – throughout countries like India, Senegal, and Malawai. It is native to the foothills of the Himalayas. Moringa gets its name from a Tamil word, Murungai. Thai traditional medicine practitioners have used Moringa to boost heart health.
